We want you to be completely satisfied with your KAYMO purchase. If something is not right, our returns policy is designed to make the process simple and fair.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom or final-sale items are not eligible.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, KAYMO LIMITED will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
Refund Process & Damaged Items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
